Effective Date: November [·], 2020. markintheclouds (“I,” “my” or “me”) is a brand used by Mark David Mc Naught that provides content, services, and products that may be endorsed by my site. I am committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how I collect, store, use and distribute information through my website and related services, which include participating in my online forums, subscribing to email newsletters, and providing contact information to receive free publications. I refer to the websites and related services collectively as the “Services” in this Privacy Policy.

I ask that you provide affirmative consent to the use of your “Personal Information” as described in this Privacy Policy when you access my website and participate in the services offered on it. I believe that this is the shortest time possible given the requirements of my business and applicable legal obligations. I reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. If I decide to change this Privacy Policy in the future, I will provide you with notice via email, announcing the change on my website and in notifications, or through other similar means. Any non-material change (such as clarifications) to this Privacy Policy will become effective on the date the change is posted, and any material changes will become effective thirty (30) days from their posting on markintheclouds.com/terms or via email to your listed email address. Unless stated otherwise, my current Privacy Policy applies to all Personal Information that I have about you and your account. The date on which the latest update was made is indicated at the top of this document. I recommend that you print a copy of this Privacy Policy for your reference and revisit this policy from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes. You have the right to access the Personal Information I hold about you in order to verify the Personal Information I have collected in respect to you and to have a general account of my uses of that information. (d) Right to be forgotten: In certain circumstances, you can ask for the personal data I hold about you to be erased from my records. (e) Right to restriction of processing: Where certain conditions apply to have a right to restrict the processing of your personal data.
